Most of our builds are for families in Austin, Cedar Park, Leander, Liberty Hill, Georgetown, and Round Rock — but as a Central Texas pool builder we go anywhere the drive stays sane, from Dripping Springs out to Marble Falls, Burnet, and Granite Shoals.
We work with three lenders you can call directly.
6–10 weeks for a standard gunite pool, provided there are no weather or city permit delays. You get a written schedule before we dig.
Yes. We pull every permit for every job. You never talk to the city.
Absolutely. Replaster, retile, new equipment, deck expansion. We evaluate what you have and quote only what needs touching.
Most of our projects land between $85k and $220k depending on size, finish, and features. Ballpark is free. Written quote takes one site visit.
Not in-house. We work with Fairway, HFS, and Lyon Financial. They approve fast and don't require equity in most cases.

As a Central Texas pool builder we keep the radius tight — the crew stays within about forty minutes of the jobsite so nobody is running your build from three counties away.
Every pool we build starts with a computer-generated design, then gunite shot on site — no dropped-in shells, no cookie-cutter rectangles. We handle the design, permits, excavation, plumbing, and finish ourselves, start to finish, in about 6–10 weeks.
