Computer-generated designs reviewed in your backyard. Built by the same crew start to finish. 6–10 weeks from dig to swim, weather and permits permitting.
We don't have a catalog. We don't drop the same rectangle into every yard and call it custom. We come out, walk the property with you, and draw something that fits the way you actually live.
Every pool we build is gunite — the same structural method used in commercial aquatics and the only way to get a true custom shape. Ben has been doing this since 1987, in Southern California and now Central Texas. The design conversation happens in your backyard, over coffee, not in a showroom.
Sprayed concrete forms the shell on-site, conforming to any shape you can imagine. The most durable finish available — properly maintained gunite pools last 30–50 years. Every pool we build is gunite.
Applied over the gunite shell, plaster is the surface you swim against. White plaster is classic and affordable. Quartz and pebble finishes add texture, color, and durability.
Ceramic, glass, or stone tile runs the waterline and can accent steps, benches, and water features. Tile is where personality shows — we source from local suppliers and specialty manufacturers.
We walk the yard with you. Check setbacks, soil, utilities, and sun. Leave with a sketch, not a sales pitch.
Computer-generated renderings with real dimensions. You see exactly what goes where — including equipment pad, decking, and fencing.
Structural drawings stamped by a licensed engineer. Required for permit; we handle it end-to-end.
We pull every permit — city, HOA coordination if needed. You never deal with a building department.
The dig takes 2–5 days depending on size and soil. We protect your yard and haul the dirt. Pool shell outlined in rebar the same week.
Gunite sprayed over the rebar cage. Plumbing and electrical roughed-in simultaneously. City inspection follows.
Coping, decking, and waterline tile installed. This is when it starts to look like your pool.
Plaster applied, pool filled, equipment started. Water chemistry set. We walk you through everything before we leave.

6–10 weeks from permit approval to swim-ready, assuming no weather delays or city permit slowdowns. We give you a written schedule before we dig, and update it every week.
Most of our builds are between 400 and 700 square feet of water surface. A 16×32 is a very common starting point. We can go smaller for courtyard pools or larger for estate projects — it depends on your yard and how you use it.
No, but we're happy to walk you through each phase if you want to see the progress. We check in with photos and texts throughout. You'll never wonder what's happening.
Building permit, electrical permit, and any HOA approvals. We handle all of them. In most Central Texas cities, permits run 2–4 weeks. We start engineering drawings the same week we sign the contract so we're not waiting.
Yes, and it's almost always cheaper to do it at build time than to add it later. We can scope the full outdoor living project and quote it together.
Most of our gunite pools with standard plaster finish run $85k–$145k. Premium finishes, water features, and larger footprints push toward $180k–$220k. We give you an itemized written quote after one site visit — no ballpark guesswork.
One site visit. One written quote. No pressure.
