Ben has been in the pool industry since 1987. He was good at it — but he kept watching projects get handed off, corners get cut, and homeowners get confused about what they'd actually paid for. In 2001, he and Donna started Trinity Pool Construction in Southern California to do it differently.
For nearly two decades they built custom pools throughout the region. In 2019 they relocated to Texas and opened Trinity in Central Texas, bringing the same crew-first, no-sales-team way of working with them.
Twenty-five years after the first Trinity pool, the business is still the same size by design. We don't have a sales team. We don't have a fleet of trucks with different crews. We have Donna, Ben, and the same core group of craftsmen who have been with us for over a decade. If you hire Trinity, you get Trinity.

There is no sales team, no project manager, no handoff. Donna and Ben are the people you meet at the walkthrough, the people who draw the plans, and the people who answer when you text. That's the whole point.
Same crew, start to finish
We don't sub out to whoever is available. The crew that digs your pool is the crew that plasters it. Continuity means no one misses what the last guy did — and someone is always accountable.
Built slow, the way it should be
We don't take more jobs than we can do well. Our schedule is tight on purpose. We'd rather do six pools right than twelve pools fast. If we're booked out, we'll tell you honestly and refer someone we trust.
No surprise change orders
Every quote is written and itemized. If something changes mid-build — weather, a utility we hit, a material delay — we call before we act. You decide. No one should open a final invoice and see a number they didn't expect.

We build anywhere within about 75 miles of our home base. That keeps the same crew on your job from dig to plaster — they show up every day, problems get caught early, and communication doesn't fall apart.
