Custom gunite pools for Wolf Ranch — Hillwood's master-planned community along the South Fork San Gabriel off SH-29. New homes, rolling oak-shaded lots, and river-terrace ground. Designed in your backyard, built start to finish, permits handled.
Wolf Ranch is Hillwood Communities' master-planned neighborhood in Georgetown — roughly 2,600 homes on land the Wolf family held for 65 years, broken into the Hilltop, South Fork, and newest West Bend phases along the South Fork of the San Gabriel River, all off SH-29 near the Wolf Ranch Town Center. Builders here include David Weekley, Perry, Highland, Coventry, Drees, Pulte, and Lennar. These are newer homes on fresh lots, and a raw backyard is the best possible starting point for a custom pool.
Trinity is Donna and Ben — over thirty years of gunite pools, handled personally from the first walkthrough on. In Wolf Ranch that means we read your specific lot, generate the design, pull the City of Georgetown permits, and stay reachable by text. No showroom, no sales team, no surprise change orders.
Wolf Ranch sits on the Georgetown soil series — reddish clay loam and clay over hard, indurated Edwards limestone, and those clays drain very slowly. That combination matters twice: excavation hits limestone that needs the right equipment, and the slow-draining ground makes deck drainage and a proper equipment pad something we engineer, not an afterthought. We plan both before we dig.
The community rolls from the elevated Hilltop down toward the South Fork San Gabriel, with mature oaks the developer worked hard to preserve. On the river-terrace and sloped homesites we design grading, retaining, and a footprint that sits level and protects the trees and root zones — and on the lots with a view, we orient the pool to it.
Residents already have The Den's negative-edge pool over the river and River Camp's resort deck, so the backyard bar is high. We build to that standard — clean sightlines, variable-speed equipment, phone automation — and prepare the drawings the HOA needs so your pool clears review and runs itself once it is in.

We build throughout Georgetown, including the Wolf Ranch Town Center, the San Gabriel River corridor, and Sun City, and across Williamson County and Central Texas.
All the time. Wolf Ranch is mostly new construction, so backyards are fresh — the ideal moment to build, since we can plan the pool, decking, drainage, and equipment before landscaping. We also build when the pool comes a year or two after move-in.
No, it is an opportunity, and it is what we plan for. River-terrace and sloped lots need real grading, retaining, and drainage design, and the slow-draining Georgetown clay makes that even more important. We map it on the first visit and design the pool to sit level and drain properly.
Always. We pull the City of Georgetown building and electrical permits, handle the stamped engineering, coordinate inspections, and prepare the drawings the Wolf Ranch HOA review needs. You never deal with the city or the review board.
