Custom gunite pools and renovations for Twin Creeks — the Fred Couples golf community off Anderson Mill Road. We know these tree-lined lots, the caliche under them, and the Twin Creeks architectural guidelines, and we pull every City of Cedar Park permit ourselves.
Twin Creeks was built out on the old Jack Dies Ranch between roughly 2002 and 2018 — close to 800 homes on 760 rolling, tree-lined acres wrapped around the Fred Couples–designed championship course. Most of these houses are twenty-plus years old now, which means two kinds of pool projects: brand-new gunite in the yards that never got one, and renovations for the earlier pools that are ready for fresh plaster, tile, and modern equipment. We do both.
Trinity is Donna and Ben — over thirty years building gunite pools, first in California and now across Central Texas. In Twin Creeks that means we walk your backyard, generate the design, prepare what the Twin Creeks Country Club architectural review needs, pull the City of Cedar Park permits, and answer your texts. No sales team, no showroom, no surprise change orders.
Twin Creeks is Cedar Park's private golf community, and it enforces formal architectural guidelines through the Twin Creeks Addition — screening, setbacks, and how a pool and its equipment sit relative to neighbors and the course. From the original village to The Reserve's larger custom-estate lots, we design to those guidelines and prepare the site plan and renderings the review board expects, so approval does not stall your build.
The ground here off Anderson Mill Road is the classic Cedar Park mix — tree roots over stubborn caliche and shallow limestone that needs hydraulic breakers, not a light crew hoping for dirt. We check the dig on the first visit and quote any rock removal honestly and up front, so it is a written line item, never a mid-excavation surprise.
Because Twin Creeks homes mostly date to 2002–2018, a lot of what we do here is renovation — replaster, retile, new variable-speed equipment, deck expansion, and refreshing pools built by the original developers. On the newer Reserve estates and empty backyards, we build from scratch. Either way it is the same crew from first sketch to first swim.

We build throughout Cedar Park, including Buttercup Creek, Ranch at Brushy Creek, and the Brushy Creek trail corridor, and across the greater Austin area and Central Texas.
Yes. Twin Creeks enforces architectural guidelines through the Twin Creeks Addition, so we prepare the site plan and renderings the review needs and time the build around approval. You never chase paperwork, and we pull the City of Cedar Park building and electrical permits too.
Almost always. The caliche and shallow limestone off Anderson Mill Road are normal here. We assess the ground on the first visit and quote rock removal up front so it is in the written price, not a mid-dig change order.
Absolutely — it is a lot of our Twin Creeks work. Many pools here are fifteen to twenty years old and ready for replaster, new tile and coping, variable-speed equipment, or a bigger deck. We renovate as carefully as we build new.
Most of our new gunite pools run $85k–$145k with standard plaster; premium finishes, water features, and larger footprints push toward $180k–$220k. Rocky sites add itemized excavation cost, and renovations are quoted by scope. You get a written quote after one site visit.
One site visit. One written quote. No pressure.
