Custom gunite pools for Sundance Ranch, the gated horse community off County Road 200 north of SH-29. Big acreage, private roads, and septic on every lot. We plan where the pool goes, and how we get to it, before we dig.
Sundance Ranch is one of the true acreage neighborhoods in Liberty Hill. It sits behind a gate off County Road 200, just north of SH-29. Inside are private roads like Sundance Trail and Mustang Mesa. Parcels run from about 2.5 acres up to 13. Homes were built from the late 1990s into the mid-2010s. Many owners keep horses and ride the bridle paths.
On that much land, a pool is not squeezed in. It is placed. Trinity is Donna and Ben, with over thirty years of gunite pools. We walk your property and find the spot that works with the house, the barn, the septic, and the view. Then our own crew builds it from dig to swim.
With several acres, the question is not whether a pool fits. It is where it should go. Close to the back door is easy to use. Out toward the view is nicer to look at. Away from the barn keeps dust and flies down. We walk it with you. We think about shade, wind, sun, and how far the pool sits from the equipment and power.
Homes here are on their own septic systems. The HOA also allows a guest house on each lot. That can mean more lines in the ground than you expect. The pool, deck, and equipment pad all have to stay clear of the tanks, lines, and drain field. We find the system and its records before we draw anything. That way the plan we show you is one that can be built.
Every truck has to get through the front gate and along private roads. Often there is a second gate at your own drive. Then it may be a long run to the backyard. An excavator, a gunite rig, and concrete trucks are heavy. We plan the route, protect the drive and any fencing, and keep the crew off pasture you want left alone.

We build throughout Liberty Hill, including Northgate Ranch, Santa Rita Ranch, and the SH-29 corridor toward Georgetown, and across Williamson County and Central Texas.
Yes. Homes here are on septic, so we plan around it from the start. We locate the tank, lines, and drain field. Then we keep the pool, deck, and equipment the right distance away so the design can be permitted.
We plan it on the first visit. We set up gate access and check the width and turns of your drive. Then we pick a route to the backyard that avoids your septic field and any soft ground. We protect what has to be driven over.
It depends on where your parcel falls. Before we quote, we confirm whether your property permits through Williamson County or a city. Either way, we pull the permits ourselves.
Most of our gunite pools run $85k to $145k with standard plaster. Larger pools, spas, and outdoor kitchens on acreage often land between $180k and $220k. Long access runs, rock, and grading are listed on their own lines. You get a written quote after one site visit.
One site visit. One written quote. No pressure.
