Custom gunite pools for Santa Rita Ranch — the award-winning master-planned community off SH-29 and Ronald Reagan. From 45-foot garden-home lots to half-acre estates, we design to the land, handle the HOA review, and pull every permit ourselves.
Santa Rita Ranch has led the Austin area in new-home sales for years and taken Community of the Year more than once — a 3,100-acre master-planned community that started selling in 2015 and straddles the Liberty Hill and Georgetown line off SH-29 and Ronald Reagan Boulevard. Homes here run from 45-foot garden-home lots up through half-acre-plus estates built by Perry, Highland, David Weekley, Coventry, Chesmar, Toll Brothers and more. New homes mean raw backyards — the perfect blank slate for a first pool.
Trinity is Donna and Ben, over thirty years of gunite pools, every project handled personally. In Santa Rita Ranch that means we walk the lot, generate the design, prepare the drawings the HOA architectural review needs, pull the right permit, and text you back. No showroom, no cookie-cutter rectangle, no pressure.
Santa Rita Ranch spans a huge range — 45-, 50-, and 70-foot frontages, garden homes, and half-acre estates. On the tighter homesites we design courtyard pools, spillover spas, and tanning ledges that make a compact yard the centerpiece; on the estate lots there is finally room for a negative edge that reads against the Hill Country. We build to the lot you actually have.
This is Edwards Plateau ground — thin topsoil over solid limestone and caliche, with rolling elevations that vary lot to lot across the community. Excavation here needs the right equipment, and sloped homesites often need thoughtful grading and retaining so the pool and deck sit level. We read the ground on the first visit and quote any rock and grading work up front.
Residents already enjoy resort-style amenity centers — Junior Olympic pools, dual waterslides, splash parks — so the bar for a backyard pool is high, and the HOA runs an architectural review. We design to that standard and prepare exactly the site plan and renderings the committee needs, so your build clears review the first time.

We build throughout Liberty Hill, including Liberty Hill, Georgetown, and the SH-29 corridor toward Ronald Reagan Boulevard, and across Williamson County and Central Texas.
Constantly. New homes mean untouched backyards, which is the easiest and best time to build — we can plan the pool, decking, and equipment before landscaping goes in. We also work around a just-installed yard when the pool comes later.
Yes. On 45- and 50-foot homesites we design around setbacks and easements with courtyard pools, tanning ledges, and spillover spas. On the estate lots we can go big — longer footprints, negative edges, full outdoor kitchens.
Every time. We prepare the drawings the architectural review needs, determine whether your lot falls under Liberty Hill or Georgetown jurisdiction, pull the permit, and handle the stamped engineering. You never deal with a review board or a permit office.
Most of our gunite pools run $85k–$145k with standard plaster; the larger footprints and features the estate lots invite push toward $180k–$220k. Limestone excavation and grading are itemized. You get a written quote after one site visit.
One site visit. One written quote. No pressure.
