Custom gunite pools for Cypress Canyon, at the corner of Lime Creek Road and Anderson Mill Road. Many of these yards slope toward the canyon. We plan the walls, the steps, and the view before we dig.
Cypress Canyon sits at the southwest corner of Lime Creek Road and Anderson Mill Road. You drive in at Zappa Drive or Canyon Springs Drive. Standard Pacific Homes built most of it in the mid to late 2000s. The homes are stone and brick, from about 1,550 to 4,500 square feet. Lots run from about an eighth of an acre to just over half an acre.
What sets it apart is the land. The streets roll over hills with big oaks, and many backyards look out over the canyon. Trinity is Donna and Ben, with over thirty years of gunite pools. We build pools that work with a slope instead of fighting it. Our own crew does the work, and you text us directly.
A lot of Cypress Canyon homes sit above the street or on a grade. A flat pool on a sloped yard needs a plan. Often that means a raised wall on the low side. It may also mean a few steps down from the patio, or a spa that spills into the pool. Done well, the slope is what makes the pool look good. We show you the walls and the grade in the design, and price them, before any dirt moves.
This side of Cedar Park sits on limestone that is often close to the surface. That means rock work on most digs, not a lucky week in soft dirt. We check the ground on the first visit and put rock removal on its own line in the quote. We also mark the big oak roots and keep the dig and the trucks clear of them where we can.
Cypress Canyon homes belong to the Deer Creek Ranch HOA. That is the group that runs the two neighborhood pools and the parks. A backyard pool, its fence, and its equipment need their sign-off before work starts. We draw the site plan and fill out what they ask for. That way the review does not hold up your build.

We build throughout Cedar Park, including Ranch at Brushy Creek, Twin Creeks, and the Anderson Mill Road corridor, and across Williamson County and Central Texas.
Yes. Many lots here have a grade, and we design for it. That may mean a raised wall, steps down from the patio, or a spa that spills into the pool. You see the walls and their cost in the design before we start.
Yes. Cypress Canyon is part of the Deer Creek Ranch HOA, and it reviews pools, fences, and equipment. We prepare the drawings and paperwork they need and wait for approval before we dig.
Yes. A pool from the late 2000s often has tired plaster, worn tile, and an old single-speed pump. If the shell is sound, new plaster, tile, coping, and a variable-speed pump can make it feel new. We tell you plainly what it needs.
Most of our new gunite pools run $85k to $145k with standard plaster. Raised walls, rock work, and spas add to that, and each one is its own line. Renovations are priced by scope. You get a written quote after one site visit.
